I tried this on my long hair german shepperd and I love it and so does she. I tried it on my long haired cat and yes while it did collect a small ball of hairs from the cats I think the regular brush actually works better than this, also the cats didn’t recognize it as a hand, they treated it more like a toy and they tried to chew and claw on it which made me stop trying it as is not thick enough to prevent them clawing into my skin. The picture is from testing on my dog. I’ll come back after I’ve tested durability.

I bought these for my small terrier who has short hair. She doesn’t need to be groomed, but she does lose a lot of short hairs throughout the week, so I thought this might help. In theory, it did help somewhat. Brushing her with these got some short hairs off of her and onto the gloves, but not many. I feel like this would be more appropriate for a longer-haired dog, because it does seem to help, but maybe her hair is just too short

This is super easy to use and she absolutely enjoys it. The only thing that’s difficult is taking all the fur off the glove despite wetting it like the instructions mentioned

My cats don’t really like being brushed–they tend to run away when get the wire brush out. They like the gloves much better! I imagine they like the sensation of getting petted more than bristles going through their fur. This has helped us a lot! The only complaint my husband and I have is that the hair is kind of hard to remove from the silicon bristles. We have to work a good few minutes to remove all the hair after brushing. Overall, though, it works for us!

Abby, our monster dog, sheds a lot. Every week I think we vacuum up an entire Abby (or two). She doesn’t really like being brushed, so we have relied on vacuuming her shed. Until someone recommended these magic gloves with little nubbies. Abby loves getting rubbed down with these gloves! And they get a lot of her hair/fur each time I use them. The only downside is getting all of the hair off the gloves when I’m finished. But, I still thing they are awesome!

I have used them on my horses that love to be brushed with it. The cat loves it too on her back. She does not like it rubbed on her stomach at all. Even just using on her back and sides I got a ton of hair off of the cat. I also found that putting water on the give as suggested worked well for getting the hair off of the gloves.

These work but if I wear both my cats freak. If I wear one it’s not too bad. You can use these to remove fur from kitty’s favorite chair too. Every hair sticks to it. 4 of my cats love it, one isn’t sure if she likes it, and the one that needs it most, don’t even try it!

These work SO well and my super skittish pup isn’t afraid of them. He LOVES it and leans into it. The instructions say to remove hair by peeling from the glove – but that doesn’t work at all with short hair dogs. To get the fur off, I have to rub the gloves on a rug and then use another tool to get the fur off the rug. Additionally, the fur doesn’t stick to the gloves – it will fly everywhere, so be prepared to clean fur off the floors and your clothes when you’re done. But at least it’s a controlled shed
