I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and bought this to help portion out my food and I am more than happy with the results! I just made high protein, low carb buffalo chicken dip bites and after cooking they just slid right out with no effort. I will say I did spray with avocado oil because I was afraid of sticking, but next time I will leave the spray off and see if it works just as well. Great purchase!

I bought this item for egg cups. Easy to clean, no residue. I made chocolate cupcakes and found the texture to be better than using metal tins. I highly recommend this item!

Egg muffins are easy to pop out of the pan. The muffin size aren’t as large as my tin pan but it’s easy to clean. You do need to put a baking sheet underneath the pan in the oven as it’s not sturdy. I’m happy with the purchase

really nice quality. I sprayed with non-stick spray and baked items popped out easily. Threw away my muffin metal pans! you must support the silicone pans on a cookie sheet, but I have 1/2 sheets and it worked out perfectly.

Made some carnivore buns out of egg and mozzarella cheese for hubby who was missing his bread. This silicone pan worked much better than a traditional metal nonstick pan. They flipped right out!

This muffin pan makes great muffins. I accidentally forgot to spray them before I used them and the muffins still popped right out. Clean up was painless. I feel good knowing I’m not eating teflon chips with this product.

a bit flimsy like all silicone bake ware but love the big muffin size. I mostly make individual size berry and apple pies in these. Perfect size!

I liked it because it’s silicone and how thick it is and it perfect for doing keto meals.

Spray this thing down with cooking spray, put on a baking tray, fill up with egg and whatever else, bake at 350 for like 30 minutes and then they pop out super easy with nothing sticking to them.

I loved how they baked evenly, the ease of cleaning, the ease of taking the muffins out. But, be careful. You cannot pick up the pan with the batter in it. The pan bends and you can easily drop the batter out of the pan , even if you are careful. Be sure to place the silicon pan on top of a metal pan if you don’t want to lose your batter.

They worked well for baking muffins and easy removal. I did put a little oil on the inside just to make sure they came out okay. However with silicone pans they are flimsy so you have to put them on a more stable baking feet or something to get them in the oven. Other than that they’re fabulous

These were perfect! I have been making egg muffins to take to work, and I made them in a regular muffin tin. Then I got smart and bought these. They are easy to clean and made everything just perfect. My only concern is that they are a little flimsy, but I just baked them on a cookie sheet. Super easy clean up. I was worried that they would retain certain smells from the foods I was cooking, but I don’t think it will.

Just what I wanted that’s why I ordered it

I love these silicone pans for baking but my last one had a sturdy metal or aluminum rim inside the silicone. That made it possible to hold like a real sheet. This one doesn’t have any support/boning. You have to use a pan to sturdy it.
