the 2 mm slicer is bent down in the middle. It still slices but it comes out paper thin. I’m not real sure what I can do about it so if I need something sliced thicker I still have to do it with a knife.

I really like this so far. It’s easy to use, however for softer veggies like tomatoes, you have to smack the lid down to cut though. After that it was a breeze. Like other reviews mentioned, I don’t like that the lid itself doesn’t “click” and stay attached to the base. That’s the only downside to me. Everything fits nicely inside the bin for storage, except the handheld piece that you use to slice or grate things with.

I very much like this new addition to my kitchen. It makes prep so much easier and quicker! However, fair warning, when you read to use the finger guard when slicing, DO NOT disregard the warning! Finger slip and accidents happen…believe me. No one to blame but self!
